We’re looking for fresh ideas that convince and motivate teens to buckle up every time they get in a car.
We will accept the following video formats:

Must be appropriate. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered; sole discretion of inappropriate content lies with the New Mexico Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Bureau. Sponsor reserves the right to make determinations of suitability and disqualify any entries it determines to be inappropriate
Entries containing recognizable people must be submitted with a signed release form .
Entries may not contain previously published and/or copyrighted material (including but not limited to music).
By submitting an entry, the entry video becomes the property of the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless NMDOT and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest including infringement of intellectual property rights.
Entries that fail to comply with the official contest rules will be disqualified.
Winners will be notified via e-mail or phone using information provided from the entry form approximately 1 week after the close of the contest.
The contest is open to teens 14-20.
